For me it means that some decisions are very uncomfortable in the moment, but the very things that require courage now, pay off in the long term. I think about having an honest conversation with someone about something that is not working… Or taking a step back and making a conscious choice for the long term, while my inner impatient child wants to jump right at it. ⁠

I am in the middle of a decision like this right now. Are we launching the online platform that we have been working on or are we taking a step back and redoing the whole website at once…

A hard choice, but hopefully with an easy life after. And luckily I don’t have to make this choice alone. ⁠
